Caroline Buchanan - BMX / Mountain Bike

Twenty year old Caroline Buchanan, from Canberra, is a BMX/ Mountain Biker. Caroline Buchanan took out her second four cross World Championship in as many years, in a dominating performance at the 2010 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships in Mont-Sainte-Anne, Canada in September.

In 2009 Caroline was named the Australian Elite Female BMX & MTB Cyclist of the Year. Caroline is currently ranked #3 in the BMX World rankings and #2 in the UCI Supercross World Cup rankings. As well as starring on the mountain bike, Buchanan is also one of Australia's best hopes for a BMX medal at the 2012 London Olympic Games.She is a member of the Elite Development Squad training for 2012.
