Jye Dixon is a boxer who was awarded a Tier 2 Scholarship within the Sport Australia Hall of Fame 2026 Scholarship and Mentoring Program.
Jye has been an integral part of All Star Boxing Academy since the age of 12. Over the years Jye has developed into one of Australia’s most accomplished young boxers earning national and international recognition through his outstanding performances and unwavering dedication to the sport.
Jye grew up in Brendale, Brisbane and began his boxing journey at All Star Boxing Academy – one of Australia’s most successful boxing gyms. From the outset his commitment, talent and leadership within the gym set him apart. His competitive career has been exceptional, marked by eight Queensland titles and seven Australian titles, making him one of the most decorated young boxers in the country.
Jye’s achievements extend well beyond national success. On the world stage, he has represented Australia with distinction at major international tournaments. He competed at the Youth World Championships in Spain where he placed fifth and later at the elite World Championships, where he won multiple internation bouts and progressed to the quarterfinals, demonstration his ability to compete with the best athletes globally, His selection for these prestigious events highlights his elite talent, determination and ability to excel under pressure.
Jye’s ambitions are clear and unwavering: his goal is to represent Australia at the Commonwealth and Olympic Games, continue to excel at the highest international amateur level and ultimately transition into the professional ranks where he aspires to win world titles. His disciplined approach to training, his leadership within the gym and his consistent international performance underscore his exceptional potential and commitment to achieving these goals.
